TWO people were taken to Taunton's Musgrove Park Hospital following a fire this evening, Friday, November 27.
The fire and rescue service was called by an occupant of the home in Bramley Road to reports of a tumble dryer fire in a lean to at around 5pm.
Firefighters put out the blaze and requested an ambulance so a 52-year-old woman suffering smoke inhalation could be treated at the scene.
The tumble dryer and outhouse were completely destroyed in the incident, while there was 50 per cent smoke damage to the rest of the two-storey property.
The woman and another occupant of the house were taken to Musgrove to receive treatment for smoke inhalation.
