THE Hideout in Taunton will be hosting a special free Bank Holiday fun weekend at Castle Green.
Inspired by the recent Vintage Bus Fair, general manager Carl Lloyd said the team at the Hideout were keen to promote an event with plenty for kids to do, and will be raising money for local charities Wooden Spoon and Stand Against Violence.
The event will run on May 28 and 29 from 11am until around 10pm with live music, craft stalls, a fire engine, tea cup rides, bouncy castle and hog roast, plus much more.
"There is not a huge amount for kids to do in the town centre, and there is this big space which is not used all that often so we thought this would be a really nice event for the town.
"People can stay all day or just pop in as they are passing by while shopping or walking up from the bus station."
