THE number of new confirmed Covid-19 cases in Somerset continues to creep up.
There were another three positive coronavirus tests in the latest 24-hour period up to 5pm yesterday (Sunday).
Of those, two were in the Somerset West and Taunton district and one in Sedgemoor, according to figures released by Public Health England.
It takes the total number of cases recorded in the county to 1,328.
The district totals are now: Mendip 137; Sedgemoor 396; Somerset West and Taunton 454; and South Somerset 341.
There were again no coronavirus-related deaths in the county over the same period.
