KINGS CORONATION CONCERT: SING FOR THE KING

‘Sing for the King’ is Bristol’s choral coronation tribute, taking place at Bristol Cathedral, which also celebrates its 200th anniversary. Members of the St George’s Bristol choir and choirs across Bristol will take part in a mass choral performance of Handel's Zadok the Priest in celebration of King's Charles III’s coronation and its 200th anniversary. The event will be filmed, edited and sent to His Majesty as Bristol’s tribute to the new monarch.

As Bristol celebrates 650 years as a city, the aim is to have 650 singers take part in what promises to be a memorable concert. The performance will be at 3pm. Entrance is free.
