A SOMERSET toilet block is set to be sold in an upcoming auction.
The single storey toilet block, which can be found on Waterloo Road in Radstock, has a guide price of £5,000 -£15,000.
The property, which has the potential for various uses subject to planning permission, is in need of repair.
The property will be auctioned on February 21 by City & Rural Property Auctions.
Bidder registration closes on February 20.
Details of the block can be found on the City & Rural Property Auctions website, which reads: "Situated in the heart of Radstock town centre this is a single storey toilet block totalling approximately 19 sqm.
"The building is arranged into four direct access stalls, one with access straight from the street and the other three approached from the rear.
"The property is generally in need of repair. Subject to some internal configuration it is suitable for a variety of different uses subject to the necessary consents."
