GAS mains replacement works are due to start on a Taunton road later this month.
Works on the A3259 Monkton Heathfield Road are set to start April 22 until July 30, between the hours of 8am to 4.30pm, to enable Wales and West Utilities to carry out gas mains replacement works.
A temporary one-way restriction will be in force from the junctions with the A3259 Yallands Hill and Milton Hill in a north easterly direction to the junctions with Channon Road and Bawler Road.
Somerset Council has made the order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will come into operation on April 18.
The order will remain in force for eighteen months.
