TWO lanes of a Taunton roundabout were closed earlier this morning (Tuesday, April 16) after a collision between a car and a motorcycle.
The collision took place on the A358 near Priory Fields Retail Park just before 7.10am.
The motorcycle rider suffered minor injuries but did not require hospital treatment, a police spokesperson said.
There are no reports of other injuries.
The Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson also said: “We were called just before 7.10am this morning (16 April) to a report of a collision between a car and a motorcycle on the A358 roundabout near Priory Fields Retail Park in Taunton.
“Officers attended and two lanes of the roundabout were blocked.
“The motorcycle rider suffered minor injuries but did not require hospital treatment. No other injuries were reported.
“The road was cleared just before 8.10am.”
