TAUNTON Volleyball Club are enjoying success in Division 2 of the Exeter & Devon league.

Both teams won their latest games 5-0 and are positioned first and third in the table.

Taunton Panthers, a junior team of boys and girls aged 15 to 18 currently lead the table.

Taunton Stealth, the adults group, is hot on their heels in third place.

With only a few games left to the end of the season, both Panthers and Stealth are hoping to take the honours. Only Torexe Jaguars from Exeter can deny them.

All three teams are on two defeats but Stealth have to play Jaguars one more time.

Results: Taunton Panthers 5, Exeter University 0; Taunton Stealth 5, Torexe Spitfires 0.

Taunton play their matches at Wellsprings Leisure Centre or Richard Huish College.

Training sessions are held every Tuesday at Wellsprings. Juniors train from 5pm until 7.30pm and adults from 7.30pm until 9pm.

The club is open players of any ability. The sessions are mixed and players can decide if they want to play competitively or socially.
